Refunds & Returns Policy (SaaS)
Effective immediately: INWIZY is delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). All licenses are digital and provisioned to your account.
Overview
Once a license is sold and activated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after activation.
If you have any questions before activating a license, please contact support@inwizy.com and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right plan.
What “activated” means
A license is considered activated once it has been:
- Assigned to an account, domain, or instance; or
- Used to access paid features; or
- Consumed by an activation key or API token issuance.
From that moment, the product is fully delivered and non-refundable.
Returns & physical goods
We don’t accept returns of any kind. No physical shipments are required or accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges aren’t applicable to digital licenses. You can change plans at the next billing cycle. Upgrades may be charged immediately; downgrades take effect on renewal. No partial-period refunds.
Trials & demos (if available)
If a free trial or demo is offered, use it to evaluate fitness for your needs. Activating a paid license after a trial is non-refundable.
Billing issues & chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error before activation, email support@inwizy.com promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license suspension.
Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel auto-renew anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid term. We do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period once activated.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Where required by law, we will comply with those obligations.
